We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your password.

We do not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any communications sent through our services. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of communication services.

Our services are provided primarily for use in India. You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws, statutes, and regulations regarding your use of our services. We make no representations that our services are legal or appropriate for use outside of India.

14. Chargebacks
If we believe a chargeback request is fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend your account. If your chargeback is later determined to be invalid, you may be liable for any damages we incur as a result of the chargeback and any associated fees.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and any content stored in your account may be deleted.
16. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfitEazy will not be liable to you for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or other means.
